Convenient budget hotel located in a great area within walking distance to various attractions such as the Event Center, Fairgrounds, and Falls Park. the rooms come equipped with a comfortable king bed and refrigerator. - the location is excellent, and the staff were friendly and respectful.

The room was immaculately clean and updated with a pull-out bed, making us feel at home. The location was marvelous and exceptionally nice. The staff was courteous.

Came in Sioux Falls to relax and have fun, this budget hotel was suitable place for doing it. The staff were excellent lot of time. The location couldn't be more great near bus stop. Also, this property was located 2 miles away from Veterans' Memorial Park😃🙂❤
